"The location was great, and the view from the deck was outstanding. This is a very nice, clean, beautiful and comfortable house. It had a well stocked kitchen, with all of the untensils that could be needed. The only real negative was that the property description said it had a hot tub/spa, as well as a community pool. When we arrived, we did not find a hot tub anywhere on the property. We knew that the resort next door, the Ponerosa, had a pool and activities for which you could pay a $35...

"We absolutely loved our stay in this house. It was large, well-furnished, and very comfortable. We loved spending time in the backyard under the foliage canopy, watching the birds and critters. Having a washer and dryer was a tremendous help during our long trip to Nevada/Utah/Arizona-- we were able to pack much lighter because we could do laundry in the middle of the trip. This was honestly one of the nicest Vrbo houses we've ever stayed in, and I would definitely stay here again in the future."

"This home was AMAZING. Super clean, modern and great location for our stay. Amazing morning views of the mountains. We were an hour from Zion & an hour from Lake Powell. The town itself was super nice with grocery stores + along the AZ border so we could hop over there to get liquor. If this home fits the location I can’t imagine a nicer one in the town. Hot tub was clean & in great condition "
