« Location location location!!! Great location to access all the places we had planned during this short trip - Kodachrome Basin, Petrified Forest, Upper Calf Creek Falls, Escalante River Walk, Willis Creek Slot and Mossy Cave. Super spot to see the sunrise at the front of the house - sunset at the back and dark sky. The 9 and 10 yo had a blast with the giant legos, pool table and air hockey! »

« What stood out was that our family had a great time being together. The directions to find the home were very good. The location was perfect for our destinations, Zion and Bryce Canyons. The beds were comfortable and there was enough seating for all at the table. The big screen tv was great. However, the home is in need of some deferred maintenance and the kitchen needs more silverware. »

« Fantastic place to watch the sunrise and sunset! The front porch was used a ton - rockers were lovely. Kitchen was great and seemed well stocked. Thank you for the coffee! I did bring my own but for a drip pot.Note: there wasn't a place to eat in the town until April (we stayed in March). And had to go to Panguich for groceries. A wonderful place to stay away from crowds. Loved the uniqueness of the house - especially the loft. »

« The home was super clean and exactly as advertised. Nice open space, very comfortable. Love the welcoming committee (three adorable cats outside). Great proximity to Bryce Canyon! You can't get much closer than this place! Would absolutely stay here again. »
