Enjoy your visit in our beautiful area while staying in our BRAND NEW two bedroom (third bed available), two bathroom duplex. Each bedroom has a king size bed, TV, convenient charging outlets, and a closet. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed (queen size). There is a door to allow for additional privacy separating the sofa bed from the other two bedrooms for more comfortable sleeping arrangements. Each unit has access to their own private courtyard which includes a hot tub, outdoor table and chairs, grill, and cornhole set. This stay also includes shared access (with the other duplex unit, and one other property) to a private professional pickleball court! The pickleball court is also ready for a friendly game of basketball. The court has professional lighting to allow for evening games after you spend your day enjoying the local attractions. (Pickleball equipment and basketball provided.) High speed internet is included with your stay. 1024 mbps speed internet with hardwire connections in each bedroom. 500 mbps wireless service across the property. Fiber optics are connected directly to the property. Each unit has private access with a keypad door lock. An access code will be e-mailed to you prior to your stay. This duplex is located just 5 minutes from downtown Kanab while 4 of the most beautiful National Parks are just a short drive away! Amenities included: Keurig with pods for coffee and hot cocoa Blender Kitchen Utensils TV in living room and each bedroom Pickleball Court Hot Tub Cornhole Set BBQ Grill Board Games Hair Dryer and basic toiletries Washer and Dryer Please note that guests will not have garage access. There are security cameras in the front of each unit as well as facing the pickleball court. If you wish to rent both units of the duplex, please message the host to check availability. It was clean and had everything we needed. We decided to stay in Kanab because we found out that it's a good location that is centrally located to many of the national parks. Don't be fooled when you drive into the neighborhood. It's a mix of many types of homes, but we felt safe. Apparently Kanab has a lower crime rate than the national average. We liked the small town feel, and felt everyone we encountered to be friendly. Just know there are no known grocery stores to shop at, but when we arrived we looked up local grocery stores and found a couple. These stores were well stocked with anything you may need if you plan to cook at the rental. We found a couple of very nice restaurants near that we ate at, and we were not disapointed. We encountered a day of possible rain and decided to explore the town and a couple of museums. You will learn a lot about this very old town of Kanab, and will have an appreciation for it. From what I understand there is a lot of history and multi generation families that live in Kanab, which gives it a small town feel. Also, there were many western movies filmed in this town back in the day. ##### Carol L.
