We are so close to the park entrance, walking distance to food and shopping, and all the staff is very friendly and accommodating! It’s very continent to go to anywhere in the small city Springdale. The staff is very friendly, and the pool has a very nice Mountain View. Very great value for the price. Ignore the bad reviews saying it’s a construction site. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the pool is safe and clean. The newly renovated rooms are super clean and well appointed. This room was definitely clean, but reminded me of a hospital room as it had a sterile feeling. I did not like the vinyl flooring or the metal side tables and lack of cozy furniture. It was overpriced at over $300 a night. The parking is tight and feels closed in. There are other properties in the area that are nicer that are not a redone old moter inn.
