We loved the kitchen most. The heating element and full fridge/freezer were super useful. The room was nice. The pillows were comfortable. The mattresses were firm. I like softer, but I still slept great. It was perfect for our stay. We were hoping the pool would have been warmer where the weather had been pretty warm, but it's an outdoor pool.

It was great! The only reason I did 4 stars is because our key cards stopped working almost every single time we tried to get back in our room. It was frustrating but staff was very accommodating and were quick to get us a new card!

Honestly one of my top 5 favorite hotels. Beds were comfy, kitchen was perfect and front desk had all the pots and pans, no need to buy or bring your own. Coffee and hot water downstairs. Ice maker inside fridge, I truly was considering delaying my return home just to stay here and explore the hot springs nearby for one more night. Front desk very nice, plenty of parking, loved my stay here. Highly recommend.
