inexpensive, clean, restaurant on premises. No alcohol sold (this is Utah).
Would go again if seeing Bryce Canyon.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was ideal for our trip. The TV had poor reception and the rooms are very small. It doesn’t have much appeal from the exterior but the value was acceptable.
All good. Front desk staff very helpful. thank you

Rooms are very small. The floor in parts of the room were very soft. Bathroom small. Our heater didn't work, but they were nice enough to move us to a different motel. Restaurant was pretty good.
Staff was very attentive. Direct TV erratic. My room was the only room without a back window. The front window faced the highway and gas station. Had to keep curtains closed because all tenants had to walk by my room to get to cars. So I was stuck in a dark box. All of the other 14 rooms had awesome views of the mountains . Suspect I
Drew the short straw because I got a good price off of Expedia. Food at small cafe was superb and priced fairly. It is a moderate drive to Bryce and town with more restaurants.
Great food, great customer service, great price and wonderful place to stay after a day at the national park.

Very small room! But a very cute and cozy location, and it's like you spend too much time in there anyway. Water was hot, breakfast was good (not free), and the views were beautiful.
The room was really clean and the property well maintained. Parking was good with our truck and trailer. We had a hard time getting our TV to work and there was only two or three channels were worth watching and we were excited to lay down and watch a good show after our long day out playing. The room is very small which we were fine with. With the small size a large larger TV is pretty impossible. It was only about a 20 inch TV cute little charming place and slept really good.
