Need to bring Nepresso machine back. Front desk staff were missing. Service in restaurant was slow and forgot about my Espresso drink as I typed my wishes in text. It’s my 6th stay on 2 years. Quality of Service has gone downhill

Part of the reason we stayed here was the indoor pool. The pool was frigid, and we asked if they could turn the heat up. It never got any warmer during our stay. The front desk was responsive to our other needs. The key card for the parking garage didn't work the best but it is in a convenient location to the hotel. Lots to do around the area if you like walking around.

There were 3 birthday party’s occupying the pool so we weren’t able to use the pool. The bathroom didn’t have a fan. The staff was nice.
