"From approx 2am to 5am on April 26, the fire alarms in the rooms on the 2nd floor kept going off. I asked the manager if there was a problem and he said there was a malfunction with the fire monitors on the 2nd floor every weekend. If they knew that - why has it not been fixed. It was a long long night. I feel like they should not have used those rooms until this has been fixed. I was there Thursday, Friday & Saturday. Thursday and Friday were great but Saturday night was not. If you stay - ask if this has been fixed. "

"Air conditioning worked fine however this place is old and needs some repair work. The room was not very clean and there was mold throughout the bathroom."

"Farmcharm house and property was absolutely wonderful. We travel often and this place was by far the best place we've ever stayed at. I understand now, why "charm" is in the name of this place. Just as we thought this place couldn't get any more charming, we stepped out of the backdoor and all I can say is WOW!!! The covered pavilion, hammock, the lake, the horses, all 3 sitting areas, and multiple fire pits were all an additional pleasure to have access to. It's not often you find a place where everything actually works properly and is thoroughly clean like this place. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners and that helped explain to me why this place was so amazing, because they were such a pleasure. Definitely a place I look forward to coming back to."

"The property was well kept and clean. All of the staff were pleasant from the front desk to the room cleaners. The room was perfect and I loved having a mini fridge and microwave. We would recommend to anyone for work or pleasure. "

"Room was decently clean and about what you'd expect for the price. Property was pretty run down. You came tell people live here. Breakfast had a lot of options. Tried to get ice but the front desk lady's boyfriend had emptied the entire machine into ziplock bags for themselves. When I asked about it she said "oh yeah he took it all but we can give you some." Came back to the room at the end of the day and housekeeping didn't come. I called the front desk and he told me they don't do housekeeping on the weekends which made no sense to me. Wouldn't stay here again."
