"Check-in around 4/5 am front desk night audit was great checking us in a day early. Got woken up at 9 am with doors slamming by the house keepers. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. In and out, in and out back and forth slamming doors. Yelling from down the hall talking to each other. Very rude and disrespectful. Our sheets were dirty, had foot prints on them as if someone walked on them with their shoes and just covered it up. We usually bring our own shampoo and conditioner but we forgot our body wash. In the bathroom it was straight water and barely anything in it. When we would pump it for stuff to come out it was straight water or very watered down. Went to Walgreens and got us some bodywash. Tuesday night when we got back to the hotel there was three guys sitting in the bed of their pickup truck drinking, littering and cat calling us. Did not feel safe. Luckily I parked closer to the door this time. When we left to go get food came back and there were cops talking to those guys, not sure what happened but I’m glad they were asked to leave the property for god knows what reason. Come to find out they were in the room next to us. I come stay at Wingate at least 6 times a year visiting my parents. I drive 8 1/2 hours and never had any problems until this time. Was very disappointed. Just wanted to relax and sleep past 10 am for a few days that’s all. Other than those few things yall front desk staff is amazing especially Miss June "

"It was a great stay the only problem was the drainage in my room brushing my teeth the sink was filling faster than it could drain and my shower quickly turned into a bath "

"Very nice and cleans rooms, restaurant had a nice decor and not bad choices on the menu. Nice seating area and lovely outdoor pool. Highly recommended and good price/quality"

"Buyer Beware - comfortable room & bed, pretty decent complimentary breakfast, but pool closed until June, no fridge & microwave in my room despite both being included in the list of amenities. Also beware of the semi-hidden $12 + tax per day charge for parking, something no one would voluntarily pay to park here, therefore it’s just a sneaky way to allow them to advertise it for less on the travel sites. Note - 6 am the next morning I pulled back the shower curtain to discover there was no knob for cold water in the tub/shower - they did let me use the shower in an adjacent room but it doe beg the question - how could they put someone in a room without a working shower?"
