"I don’t think excellent is a strong enough word to describe what I experienced. I stayed here before so now the staff knows me. What hotel are you going to go to where the staff thinks outside the box and does something incredible. When I went into the bathroom, housekeeping left a bar of soap that smelled outstanding and a loofah sponge. Where are you going to go where the staff anticipates your needs and executes it superbly. I have stayed at some so called excellent, wonderful blah blah blah hotels but I have never experienced this kind of hospitality before. 100 percent of the time when you check into a hotel the staff feels either robotic or gives you a sense that they are better than you and your bothering them! When you arrive at this hotel, you feel like they are really naturally happy to see you and want to get to know you without being intrusive. I have never experienced anything like this before, this should be a model that other hotels should follow. The staff here approach their jobs differently from the other hotels, it’s not a job for them. It’s about making you feel welcome and comfortable, so strange right lol… if you want to know what true hospitality feels like book here. "

"The quiet hours were not honored, even though there were billboards advertising it everywhere in the hotel. The weekend of our stay there were many families/teams staying there for a local hockey tournament. They made noise well into the night. They completely took over the lobby and restaurant area socializing well past quiet hours. There were times where kids were seen running up and down the hallways unattended by adults. Every morning we woke up to music blasting from the lobby during breakfast hours. The music started as early as 5 AM. That’s unacceptable. The room was clean but when we first let ourselves in at check in, the heat was on and the room temp was set at 78. It was too hot to even stay in the room at first. The women’s bathrooms off of the lobby were gross. There were sanitary napkins etc. bulging out of one of the garbage receptacles in a bathroom stall. One other important thing - there is a huge bubble in the carpet in the main hallway right outside room 444. I kept tripping on it. This should be fixed stat as someone could really get hurt. "

"The home was clean and roomy and as described with easy parking right outside. The host provided a keurig, coffee pods, and creamer, as well as mugs, plates, silverware, and toilet paper. There was a gas station with a shop right next door where we purchased bottled water, and snacks for the kids. Thanks for a great stay! "

"This home is beautiful and clean. The location was convenient enough (we took the commuter train into Boston). There was lots of space: not only 3 bedrooms, but also an office and a 3 season porch. We enjoyed playing lots of Pac-Man, and couldn’t leave until we made it on the top scores list. Know that to access the master bedroom, you have to go through another bedroom. I am giving it 4 stars because we had multiple things break on us. A chair leg buckled and the chair began to collapse. A light fixture fell off the ceiling. The front on the dishwasher feels like it could pull right off every time you open it. There are a few things that might need some upgrading!"

"Nicely appointed and clean place to stay. The location was perfect—in our case access to Faulkner Hospital for a surgery. Everything we needed was within easy distance either walking or driving. Loved taking walks at Arnold Aboreteum. The only thing I might recommend is requesting the upstairs unit to avoid hearing any guests in the other unit. Also the set up would be great if you have two couples or a family with older kids as the downstairs is very private and has a second TV and sitting area. "
