« 7/14/24: A family group of eight (3 generations) stayed at "The Ranch" (our granddaughter came up with that name). The place is beautiful, spacious, and well stocked. There are many things to do there from hanging out at the pool and BBQing, playing a game of pool, or going for a walk and spotting whitetail deer (especially in the morning). The location is remote and secluded to get away but also Waco is only a short drive. »

« The property is very cozy and clean with a great view. If i could make a couple of suggestions, replace the furniture as it is hard to set in and very uncomfortable. Secondly, area rugs should have backing or done away with as they are slick and present a slip hazard. Couldn't get hot water to work in main bathroom. Just a few tweeks it will be perfect! Beds were incredibly comfortable!! Thank you for the use of your property!! »
