"Just a little touch needed in the apartment ! The location is so nice accessible to all exits. 10mins to downtown I mean is at the center of the city. I enjoyed my stay "

"The unit looked as it did in the pictures, the check-in process was very easy and the communication with the management was good other than them taking a day to respond. The worst part about my stay was the cleanliness of the unit. it wasn’t fully cleaned prior to me getting there. On top of that there was bed bugs. "I stayed one night I had trouble with the gate codes and getting the door unlocked and locked when I left . The water in the bathroom was extremely hot at night and extremely cold in the morning. The gate slams so hard every time someone walks out and unfortunately I could not sleep . There was stray cats everywhere this was not what I expected."

"Place was different than what was depicted in the pictures, but the apartment was clean and I liked having the keyless entry. Toilet was broken and there was no working hot water. The description said there were wash cloths available, but there were only 2 large towels used for drying, not washing. Check-Out time could have been more generous (11pm or noon) given that Check-In was after 4pm. We had to rush out before we were well rested."

"We checked in but did not stay in the apartment. When we arrived, we smelled an intolerable odor throughout. The bathroom shower curtain was laid over the doors to the washer and dryer and not hung in the bathroom. Outside was littered with trash and there was heavy construction nearby which was noisy. None of this was disclosed in the property description. I requested a refund of the money we paid since we did not stay there but the owner/manager did not respond. We left the apartment as...
