No more than 4 people staying at the unit. Please be honest. We must adhere to bylaws and coordinate cleaners and inventory based on the number of guests that occupy the unit. 8\. If any personal property is damaged/lost/stolen or if the cleaning company requires additional time to clean up, you will be charged accordingly on a per hour rate. 9\. Lock all windows and doors if you are not home. 10\. Turn off all lights when not in use. Please be mindful of all utility use to help save energy. 11\. If there is any maintenance issue, please contact us directly so I can send someone to fix it. 12\. Garbage is not to be left inside the unit upon check-out. There is a trash pick up service, you can leave your trash in the black bin (no more that 25lb) outside your unit between 6-8pm Sunday-Thursday. There are also garbage chutes on each floor near the entrance. 13\. A $10 charge for every guest after 2\. 14\.
