It was within walking distance to Texas Roadhouse and the Beach. The house is a little older, but was clean, comfortable beds and kitchen appeared to have plenty of amenities. The property manager was responsive. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 was due to it being a little outdated and I didn't see an instruction book in the house like many have.
