Step into the Master bedroom, where you'll find a King bed and a private bathroom, and walk out onto the deck for a morning cup of coffee. The 2nd bedroom has 4 twin trundle beds, perfect for kids or guests. The living room is equipped with a comfortable Queen sleeper sofa and a large flat-screen TV with cable and Netflix access. Stay connected with excellent Wi-Fi, and cook up a storm in the fully-equipped kitchen with new appliances and beautiful countertops. Our family of three enjoyed a wonderful 10-day stay at this property. The beds were soft, the linens comfortable, and the kitchen well-equipped with two coffee makers, dishes, cooking pans, utensils, a stove, oven, and dishwasher. Cleaning supplies and trash bags were also provided. The washer and dryer were convenient for laundry.The charcoal grill had a new cooking grate, though it lacked a bottom grate for the charcoal. There were a few minor issues, but the property management quickly and efficiently addressed them.This home, built on stilts, had a few soft spots in the floor, which is common for this type of construction. The carport area was great for relaxing with a hammock and space for cornhole, though no cornhole boards were available during our stay.The property is right across the street from the beach, just a minute's drive away. It’s far enough from Galveston to avoid crowds but close enough for easy access to town.The property was generously stocked with towels and toiletries, including hand soap, shampoo, and body wash.Overall, this property offers great value at its price point and is a perfect budget-friendly option for those seeking beach access. ##### Ryan D.
