" UNHYGIENIC The cold welcoming and then we had to change rooms twice !!! The first one, was so dirty body hairs everywhere, on the floor, bedsheets, the bathroom’s wall, the sink faucet was covered with a creamy thing…then we changed for the second one. I specifically told him that I hope it will be clean, he just laughed at me and did not give a proper apology. Even the elevator and corridors were dirty, there was a handful of hair.. Had to go back to the front desk and then he didn’t care at all that he directed me to the housekeeping manager. He didn’t care at all, don’t even look, telling me that it’s normal and blamed it on the third party cleaning service. Only then he decided to ACTUALLY clean the room, change the bedsheets and mop the floor with their dirty wet mop that still leaves hair and everything.., kitchen ustensiles are dirty especially glasses, the sofa had white stains on it in both rooms. In the shower there was MOLD, the bathroom wall shelf was covered in dust. So confused and disappointed of them because HOW can you be possibly have 9.2 score?! and a 4 star hotel ?! How come that when you changed the bedsheets, they were actually less dirty than the first ones? Had the worst night, couldn’t sleep luckily it was for one night before my flight and that I used my points to book the room. When checking out, the next guy didn’t asked how was my night Obviously, easy to say sorry with your renovation excuses next year blabla.. will never come back !"

"Hôtel bien placé par rapport à l'aéroport. Il est calme, propre. La chambre de 21 m2 est très agréable, le lit confortable, la salle de bain est vraiment bien. Le restaurant propose un bon rapport qualité prix. Le personnel est aimable. La navette entre hôtel et aéroport circule presque toute la nuit ce qui est pratique. Seul bémol, au sein de l'aéroport, l'arrêt pour prendre la navette est difficile à trouver quand on ne connait pas les lieux. À noter que la navette ne s'arrête pas devant l'hôtel directement mais devant le parking Platzhirsch, à 250 m environ."

"Substandard rooms, with a very strong smell of smoke. They charge 20 euros for early check in... Showers are outdated, carpets are worn out. Cleaning is not detailed, sheets are clean though and matresses are confortable. Parking entrance was obstrued by the car of the hotel owner, he did not bother a second to apologize for keeping me waiting for 20 minutes before je would move his car I had no other accommodation options due to a trade show that ran the full city to be sold out, otherwise i do not recommend at all this place , sold at 300 euros per night. A disgrace."
