An absolutely unforgettable stay! The unmatched, panoramic views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House directly from our room were worth every penny—waking up to that sight every morning was magical. The staff provided warm and attentive service from start to finish, the room was incredibly comfortable. If you are visiting Sydney, staying here for the views alone is an absolute must!

Better than my expectations for a corporate hotel. Very clean despite some of the fixtures being older. Lovely bath and the epsoms salts were a nice touch. Friendly staff. But I would skip the hotel bar.

Friendly and helpful staff upon arrival. The room was clean and aesthetic. The location is ideal for transit and walking. Although we didn’t use the gym during our short stay, it was beautiful and had lots of equipment! We did stop at the rooftop bar for an evening drink and should have stayed for another! We plan to come back.

Great location

The hotel is close to the cruise port / airport. And the hotel is within a 5 minute walk to the subway station. The subway and bus system is an excellent way to get around and see the city. There’s groceries and restaurants just as close. The room we stayed in was clean and the bed was comfortable. Excellent service, lovely room and very comfortable bed.

The Hyatt Regency Sydney met all our expectations. We were happy that we were able to check in a couple of hours early since we had arrived after a 21 flight. I left an item in the room and after an email I was told that that they had it and would make arrangements to return it to me. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
