It was in a good area if you’re wanting to visit the Sydney Aquarium, Sydney Zoo. It was a basic hotel. The employees were not overly friendly on arrival or actually during the stay. Just very average stay.

A Great Stay at the Hyatt Regency Sydney My wife and I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Sydney from 12th to 18th October and had a wonderful holiday. The hotel was very clean throughout, our room was a good size and comfortable, and the staff were always pleasant and friendly. We enjoyed breakfast in the hotel restaurant every morning, with a great selection of quality food to suit all tastes. The location was excellent, with Darling Harbour just a short walk away and easy access to the city and the Opera House. There were also plenty of great restaurants and places to eat in the surrounding area. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend the Hyatt Regency Sydney to anyone visiting Sydney. We would definitely consider staying here again!
