The property is okay, not really a luxurious hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful and indoor swimming pool and spa was good.
Even though Parking was included in our stay, onsite Parking was full when we reached and we had to wait for almost 30 minutes before we could get a parking.
Our room was clean and the beds were good but I didn't like the pillows. There were only big bolster pillows or cushions on the bed, neither of which were comfortable to sleep on (we usually like lighter pillows). Also, our room wasn't cleaned by housekeeping on the next day and it was definitely not a good sight to come back to after a full day of outing. We did complain about it to the reception and they sent someone to make the beds for us but it couldn't be cleaned as all their housekeeping staff leaves by 4pm and there was no-one available.
We even had breakfast included in our package but I was disappointed to see that it wasn't a buffet breakfast but an ala-carte one. My husband who is a vegetarian, hardly had any choices in the breakfast as it only offered egg options. There weren't any fresh fruits also included for vegetarian guests. If we wanted anything outside of the set ala-carte menu, we had to pay for it.
Overall, it was a very ordinary stay for the price we paid.
