Stay away from room 1101…TERRIBLE. I arrived 9/16/2026 for my Birthday Celebration with 4 others. There’s NO LIGHTING at night, when it rain it’s possible it’ll flood your room as the water came and they had to put towels and sand bags to stop it from getting worst.
I asked the front desk to change my room because of these conditions and was told I had to wait until 8:30am when supervision come. It was VERY uncomfortable being in that room all night and I didn’t feel safe so I went to stay in the room with one of the other ladies. (9/17/2026) I went back to desk and she (Celine) said they will switch me and remove my luggage by Noon. I went to desk 2 more times as we were leaving off the property for Shirley Point at 4:30. I never got moved and was asked to get dress in that same smelling room and when I go back, I would have a new room. I got back after 9pm and had a MUCH BETTER ROOM (2216) thanks to the Supervisor, HOWEVER, the bathroom area by the toilet next to shower wasn’t clean.
(My Birthday 9/18) went back to from desk before leaving on excursion for the day and showed picture and video of that area and was told they will take care of it.
Let’s just say that I checked out on Yesterday (9/20/2026) and it still was the same from when I checked in the new room (2216).
Build 2 is much better than building 1, the room was PERFECT but just the bathroom by the toilet was a No No!
ALL THE STAFF and food WERE GREAT and was shown with tips!
