Stayed here with a friend while visiting some other friends in the area. Perfect for what we needed - a comfortable and clean place to sleep and kill time between activities. Bonus - the back yard is a great.
We had a great time using this home while in Ft Myers for a wedding. Everything was clean and ready for us and the host provided all of the information we needed during our stay.
Cheerfully decorated, clean, and perfectly located for our recent trip to catch some Red Sox games in spring training. And the backyard is perfect for relaxing after a day at the ballpark. Highly recommended for anyone planning a trip to the Fort Myers area!
I found my happy place in this beautiful oasis backyard!! The location was perfect! Within walking distance to downtown fort Myers. Felt extremely safe and slept great! Very clean and the hosts were amazing!!!!

Liked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Host was very helpful
Host communicated well! The house had space for my whole family! Easy instructions for arrival and departure!
We were there visiting family. It’s in a good location. Conversely located to several good places to eat and shop. Large kitchen and convenience of washer and dryer.
Convenient location. There was a minor problem with the hot water which was quickly resolved. Matthew was attentive and great. I’d definitely recommend!
Came for a baseball tournament at the Player Development Complex which was 10 minutes away. The house was clean, well-equipped, and spacious. Host was accessible and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
Overall the house was fine. There were a few cobwebs that the cleaners missed but that was my only complaint. I was visiting friends who live in the area, so was out quite a bit. As a result, I didn’t get to use the kitchen or backyard but it seemed to be stocked with the necessities. I found the location convenient enough for everywhere I needed to go and the neighborhood was quiet.
Communication was great. House was clean. Close to downtown. Neighborhood was a little sketchy. No cushions for back patio chairs. Grill was pretty dirty, we were gonna cook on it. Overall we did enjoy the place
My friends and I (six of us total) stayed at this home for a few nights while in town for a wedding. The house was accurately represented in the listing. It’s a small, cozy place. The home is a bit older and lacks some amenities that more modern homes have (e.g., not a ton of free outlet space) but this was not a problem for us - we had all that we needed for the weekend and we were very comfortable. Taqueria Jalapenos was across the street, with good food and easy to walk to. We also walked to CVS to pick up a few things. Publix was a short drive away to grab groceries. Matthew quickly responded to all our questions and was a gracious host. For the price, I would definitely stay here again if I was in Fort Myers!
My family and 3 friends stayed here for a couple of days while visiting the beach and preparing for a long drive home to MN. We were able to easily park a 28' RV in the front of the house. The inside of the house was really clean and had a great style. The king size beds were comfortable, with a TV in each room. The kitchen was very large, but we had to bring in a patio chair to sit all 6 of us around the table for meals. The large couch in the living room was a great place to hang out and talk out the plans for the day.
If I get to Ft. Meyers again, I would definitely rent this house again. I communicated with Matthew 3 times, and each time he was pretty quick to respond with a thorough answer.
Some reviews complain about the neighborhood, but it seemed very quiet for us, with the house tucked out of the way a half block from a main road that was easy to get on and off from.

This house is very cute and a lot more spacious than we expected. The kitchen and living areas were perfect for our family to hang out without feeling crowded. The backyard is just the right size to enjoy some time outside in the evenings. We hit a few snags, but the host was extremely responsive and promptly resolved everything.
Aside from the fact that this is an old house located in an old neighborhood with quirky one-way streets having odd angles, we appreciated the charm, comfort, and cleanliness. There is a nearby Publix for stocking up on necessities. As a surprise bonus, the backyard is a beautiful little oasis! The listing pictures and descriptions were accurate, and Michael was very responsive to our messages. Overall, we were happy to stay here.
Overall a pretty decent stay! Within walking distance to a Publix and CVS (for people who’ve never shopped at Publix, double your grocery budget when planning on coming to Florida goodness gracious). The downsides are as follows: at least 1 bedroom is so small, one can’t even really open a suitcase on the ground. One bedroom had a tv and no outlet nearby to plug into. All the nonstick kitchen ware is no longer non stick. Don’t use the steam setting on the iron as wet sand will get on your clothes and be difficult to get out. Favorite part was there was what looked like dog food on the floor in one of the bedrooms, so we had a midnight snack.
