The listing did not have pet fees listed or that if you needed a 3rd parking spot the fee was 100 & that caused a little stress & inconvenience. Also it was not clear where to park the golf cart if you chose to rent one (another person staying on the property harassed us for not parking the golf cart in the right place which it was parked in the space we paid for - he was wrong we could...

"My family had an excellent spring break stay in this home! It is roomy, comfortable and easily accommodates large families, especially if you are bringing pets. We found it very clean and inviting. The absolute BEST part is the location, just off the sandy shores of the Gulf. The neighborhood is nice and walkable, again very convenient if you are bringing pets. We will absolutely stay here again!"

"This is our second stay at Martinique and we loved it!! It is always super relaxing and quiet. The weather was a mess this week, but we made the best of it! Luckily there was an indoor pool and hot tub for the rainy days! The sauna and work out room are an extra bonus most places don’t have. "

"We brought our family of four as well as our two dogs. This place was perfect. We had a few questions before the trip, and Martha was quick to get back to us every time. The screened-in porch is key. There weren't a ton of bugs at our time of year, but it would be perfect at a more buggy time which would make us rent again!.Having an outdoor shower was perfect for getting the sand off the dogs and us. "Clean property and accurate to pictures. Lots of things provided to use (pots/pans/beach chairs). Lots to keep everyone entertained without leaving, and beach access can’t be beat. "

"Cottage was very nice. Kitchen was well appointed. Lots of beach toys and chairs were available. Probably would need to drive over to the public parking by the beach if you are carrying much for your set up on the beach. Get your shrimp at Billys and shop at Walmart for your groceries. Stay off the strip between Foley and Gulf Shores due to heavy traffic. Enjoyed our stay very much!"
