"Favorite part was that it was so close to the beach. I wish the pool had a heated option since it was a bit chilly the week we were there. The house was very clean but had some signs of wear that could be updated, but for the price we were still very happy with it!"

"Jacob was so quick to respond every single time! The condo was so clean and comfortable! We had two fans plus a ceiling fan! We arrived early and Jacob was more than happy to let us check in before our check in time! This has been the best condo that we have ever stayed in here at Plantation West! I highly recommend it!!"

"Nice view of the beach and close to the indoor and outdoor pools, restaurant next door and the beach. Have not stayed in this condo before but would again. We always see them doing upkeep there also. Downsides this visit…luckily saw a huge crack in the sliding glass door when we arrived (just happened to move a curtain it was behind) so took photos and sent in so we wouldn’t get held responsible. I did not like the central heat and air or the TV set up since there were no instructions left on how to set or use either one and not much help when I reported it via text. I finally kept pushing buttons until I somewhat got the AC to work and let them know that no instructions means it could end up broken which I would not be held responsible for. You cannot expect all renters to know how to use a fancy thermostat or dish set up without giving them a guide. There were dirty towels left hanging in one bathroom and some pink mold in the shower but otherwise looked good from cleanliness perspective. "

"We LOVED our stay at Big Blue! This was our first time in Gulf Shores and the house set us up for the perfect 5 days at the beach. The host was proactively communicating with us, checked in on us after arrival, and was available if we had questions. The house was sparkling clean when we arrived. Everything is just as it appears in the pictures, maybe even better in real life. We were a group of adults with young kids, and everyone had plenty of room to spread out. The beds were comfortable for everyone (and we have a hard-to-please few in this department). The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to prepare meals, and everything was very clean. We spent a ton of time on the back porch, and the beach access is unbeatable - just a few steps between the dunes and you're there. We'll be back!"

"We loved our stay and it was really hard to leave. The house is in a great location. I really enjoyed sitting on the back deck watching the herons and pelicans. We had the best seats on the dock to watch the sunsets every evening. I felt so relaxed after this trip."

"So the place was cute, but not as the listing says. It will definitely not suit 6. The couch was not the same as in the pictures, an older person would have a very hard time getting up from it. NO way two ppl could sleep on it.Also the bunks are not twin sized, there smaller an not to comfortable, no weight limit information either... The livingroom tv was not working, appeared as the cable goes into the wall is broken. Should say bring your beach chairs too unless you want to rent the ones in the pics. The pools are not open to all buildings either. The beach is quite a walk too from the unit we were in. But overall the unit was cute an clean. We made do."
