"Gulf view was amazing. Couldn't have asked for a better view. Pool was nice but too cold to swim in April. Managers reception was nice but it was hard to get a bartender. Breakfast buffet was decent"

"Sadly this is a place I wouldn't stay at again. When we arrived, I went to the front desk to check in and the lady working there reception desk had her down on the desk. Another worker had to tell her she had a customer. The people cleaning here are not cleaning. The floors are dirty thru out the hotel. Inside our room, there were stains on the carpet and on the chaise lounge chair. Another time at the reception desk, same female employee working the front desk and no one at the counter but me and her.. . . she was looking at cars for sale on her phone. She looked at 4 different ones before she acknowledged me. It was just weird. During the stay, there were 2 other guys that worked the front desk during different shifts and they were both friendly and professional like you'd expect. It is the lack of cleaning though that will keep me from ever staying at this location again."
