Welcome to Seaside Haven, your perfect getaway on Dauphin Island! This charming new construction home features 4 cozy bedrooms, 3 clean bathrooms, and all the amenities listed below: Enjoy the isolation and quiet of Dauphin Island's maritime forest on the central east end while being located close to all beaches. Offering fabulous birding opportunities, this home has over 1000 square feet of outside space, including a wonderful covered lower deck and an upper balcony. Bedroom 1: King Bed with full bathroom with 50" TV Bedroom 2: Queen Bed with shared full bathroom with 50" TV Bedroom 3: Queen Bed with shared full bathroom with 50" TV Bedroom 4: Full Futon with Full bunk above with full bathroom for the kids with 40" TV Additional Sleeping: Chase in bedroom 4 Full Couch Bed in living room with 65" TV. Each bedroom has its own closet along with charger ports for ease of access to keep all our devices ready to go for the next day. OUTDOOR LIVING UPSTAIRS: Covered deck with outdoor furniture with gas fire pit and outdoor dining table. Enjoy the upstairs while sitting under the ceiling fans enjoying the 65" LCD TV with sound bar. OUTDOOR LIVING DOWNSTAIRS: Underneath includes an outdoor wood fire pit below along with a charcoal grill. Enjoy playing ping pong, corn hole, or throwing darts. Once it gets dark, let the 110" powered outdoor projector down and enjoy your favorite game/movie. First time coming to the island and this condo was perfect for our family. The house is a beautiful new construction with everything you need for a great beach experience from tons of fans outside to the projector for watching a movie/game. Also very well lit at night! They also have a 6 seater golf cart to rent while staying if you want to cruise around the island or take it to the beach to keep your vehicle from getting all that sand in them. Josh was very responsive well before we ever came to stay for me that’s a huge plus.He treated us like family and I won’t ever stay anywhere else but Seaside Haven!
