We brought our family of four as well as our two dogs. This place was perfect. We had a few questions before the trip, and Martha was quick to get back to us every time. The screened-in porch is key. There weren't a ton of bugs at our time of year, but it would be perfect at a more buggy time which would make us rent again!.Having an outdoor shower was perfect for getting the sand off the dogs and us. The house was just enough space for all of us with a great cross breeze at night. We loved that the beach access was just across the street and wasn't "Spring Break" crazy busy. The dogs had room to run, and we could be back and forth easily. We really loved this place!

We loved this beach House. It is close to the beach entrance, just across the road. There’s a beautiful view of the beach from the screened in porch. Its a great place to chill and relax. We hope to stay here again.

This vintage beach house was very clean, had everything you need, cozy and so close to the beach. The porch was everything, you have a beautiful view of the gulf and can hear the waves crashing! Mrs. Martha is such a doll and was available anytime! My husband, our furbabies and I will definitely be booking again!!

We had the best time at Pott’s Spot! Easy commute to the beach and a great view of the ocean. The property was clean and well kept. The house looked even better in person.

We loved our time at Pott’s Spot. The outside was a little dated, but that didn’t matter to us! The inside was a little updated with everything to meet your needs minus a dishwasher, which is of course in the listing. We loved the A frame screened in porch, outdoor shower, and closet full of beach stuff the most. It was a quick walk/golf cart ride to the public beach access just a couple houses down and across.

We have stayed at this house every summer for the past few years, and, to me, it is the perfect little beach house. It is in a quiet, private community, and a short walk down the driveway and across the street and you are on the uncrowded beach. The screened in front porch is wonderful! A great place if you are looking for quiet and relaxing.

Contact and communication was first rate. We had a beautiful time through rain and shine. The porch was a morning noon and night place to be. The access to the beach is easy and the beach is the best.

Home was clean with plenty of room. The screened deck was a great place to hangout with a great view. There was plenty of dishes for cooking if you plan on cooking there. There are plenty of items to take to the beach already there. The outdoor shower is great after being at the beach all day for a quick cool off and to remove all the sand! The walk to the beach is very reasonable.

This house is a wonderful location with wonderful features. The beach is just a short distance away making it easy to go back and forth as needed. The house is a great space and we throughly enjoyed having a screened in porch overlooking the gulf. When we arrived we noticed one of the screens was pushed out in a corner, and Martha came to get it fixed up. We greatly appreciated her attentiveness to making our stay wonderful.

Martha, Sally, and Jeff were very good to work with. There was a slight Problem with the Internet but Jeff and Sally worked with us and Dish to Get it resolved. Great location to the beach and we and our dog loved the screen porch and beach. The cottage could use a little updating but is nicely laid out and well furnished. We would definitely recommend it and like to stay here again.

After being stuck in the house for 2+months, this place was the perfect little Father's day weekend getaway we all needed. The location was superb, literally steps away from the beach. We fell in love with the screened in porch. Being able to hear the waves at night, was very calming. We loved this little house so much, that we will probably be back next Father's Day weekend. :)

Nice, clean house with view of ocean and quick access to a very roomy and private beach. Great communication. Photos on vrbo have been there for a while. House is a little tired on the outside, but kept very clean. Would not deter me from using again, just being very honest. Very enjoyable trip.

This is a vintage property with one tub/shower and 2 toilets. There is no dishwasher. The internet is slow and TV very limited. We loved it! It reminds me of the days we would go to Gulf Shores in the 70's ( it's nicer than those beach houses back then). It's 2 minute walk to the beach, it is quiet has a great screened in front porch and it was everything we needed.

This is a great little property. No, it's not plush like the big condos, but it's very clean and comfortable. And no, it doesn't front the beach, but it's right there and you can even sit on the deck and view it. The walk is nothing. You can pay a lot more elsewhere, but for a small party, this is perfect. Also, the contact person was very friendly and helpful. We had some confusion around the checkout process, which was our fault. I hope everyone is all good on that now.

Excellent location, with beach access right across street. But.... the cottage needs work. The potpourri lasted only a couple of days, then a musty smell permeates the entire home, unless all the windows are open. The pictures on VRBO look OK, but simply "lipstick on a pig". Very disappointed, will NEVER stay again.
