"For a night before a cruise this hotel was good; rooms are very small but adequate, located right next to Keelung night market an experience not to be missed food items you will never see in US , for access to cruise it is a short 10 minute walk to the terminal ( no taxi's as it is too close for them to make any money) even folks with a wheelchair easily accomplished this. Breakfast in basement is adequate and accomodates US travelers. Make sure your driver has the exact address as it is located...
