地點很棒，走出去一小小段路就是沙灘海邊。停車方便，自助早餐好吃很用心，房間清潔度也很好，房間陽台可看到基隆嶼，清晨可看到日出，很棒。

大門不像大門，開車到達時會讓人疑惑到底飯店有沒有營業，找不到大門。 飯店前的舊建築很陰森，讓人不適 房間簡單乾淨，陽台風景很好。 晚上睡覺很安靜，枕頭很軟很扁、床偏硬

員工十分熱情，海景房讓人心情好，去海邊玩沙也很方便，有挖沙組可借，B1遊樂室讓小孩玩得開心，湯屋房客半價CP值高👍

雖然飯店外觀已有一些歷史，但內部並不這樣感覺，舒適愜意。跟飯店借玩沙器具就可以到旁邊沙灘玩很久了。

福泰翡翠灣飯店的服務真的很棒，原本看到評論還怕怕的，但現場跟評論上跟本不一樣，服務人員不但親切有問必答，早餐更是優質，早餐的服務人員超讚時時關心旅客是否有沒有吃飽，服務人員的補餐速度超快。 非常值得再來＾0＾

一進房間（房號：1702）有很重的黴味，反應想換房，但經溝通後未果只能接受。我們一群人住17樓的三個房間，晚上冷氣都不冷，其中一間換至15樓後有改善，另一間有借到電扇，我們就心靜自然涼～ 地下室的兒童遊戲區設施很不錯，冷氣也很涼～
