There were some things that the place was lacking. The cleaning supplies was not enough to clean bathroom and kitchen area. No cleaner for the tub or toilet bowl was provided. The kitchen could definitely use more cooking utensils and kitchen towels. We dud notice small spiders near the bed area, they were spider webs up on the beams might want to spray and get webbs out before next guests. We were there for four nights and ended up only using the place to sleep (under 4 quilts) because the place was so cold and there's virtually no insulation. The hot water took several minutes to heat up because the hot water heater apparently is located on the other side of the house and inaccessible to the King Suite. ##### Betsy Hall B. Matthew was a great host, quickly responding to any questions I had prior to the visit, including how to split up payment, etc. And the welcome email he sent on my arrival day made me feel right at home when I arrived. He even had two bicycles available for my use. Everything was just as I expected from the photos, and I was very comfortable there. The view of the mountains was very nice, and I felt completely safe walking my dogs around the neighborhood. I even got to know my "neighbors", who were also staying at one of Matthew's apartments for the Hummingbird Festival.
