"The property was clean, the beds comfortable, and the staff were very polite and friendly. We loved the hot tub and indoor pool, the free breakfast was an added benefit. We had a great experience overall. "

"Me and my 2 sons had a really awesome time!! The rooms were really nice!! The pool was really big!! The hotel is located right across the street from the beach!! The staff was really friendly!! We will definitely stay here again 😁😄😃"
"I googled the reviews before my stay and was hesitated about what my stay was going to be all was wrong i loved this place i would stay here again five stars"
"We stayed at this hotel and had a great experience, especially for the price—it was super affordable. Breakfast was included, which is a nice perk, though my husband and I never woke up early enough to catch it (I believe it ended at 9 AM).
The location was perfect—right across from Galveston Boulevard, so we just had to cross the street to get to the beach. Everything was really close by, which made our stay very convenient.
The hotel has a pool that’s open from 10 AM to 10 PM, which is a nice touch. I also appreciated that housekeeping came by daily to tidy up and bring fresh towels.
We only had one minor issue with the room key, but it was actually my fault. I had left it in a locker all day, and since it’s magnetic, that probably caused the problem. The front desk staff were helpful and not rude at all—they fixed it right away.
No hidden fees, and the A/C worked great throughout our stay. I honestly wouldn’t mind staying here again!"
"We’ve stayed at the Baymont for the 5th time or so over the years when we visit Galveston from Louisiana. Our two sons have stayed before but it was our 3 daughters first time and they absolutely enjoyed every minute of their trip. Not to mention their 6,4, and 1 years old. Always clean and comfortable. Customer service is always top tier. Only thing it could use a bigger breakfast area. We love the balcony too! "
