In my opinion, this is one of the most convenient places to stay in Taipei. Once you get the hang of the train stations and its exits, you'll find that this is easily one of the most accessible hotels in the area. The area has almost everything you need once you walk out of the door. A 7/11, Family Mart, cafes, food, etc. Also, I loved the view from my window. All of the staff were so friendly and nice. 10/10 would stay here again.

Great, friendly staff. Clean, well modernized room and same for the overall hotel. Very conveniently located right next to the train and the Night Market as well as many good local restaurants. Would certainly book again.

The staff was very welcoming and, even though there was a bit of a language barrier, they always did their best to accommodate our needs. The property itself was well kept and spotless — our room was tidy, fresh, and exceptionally clean. We especially loved having a balcony overlooking the mountains, which made the stay feel extra special. The included breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the staff was kind and helpful throughout Overall, we had a great experience and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay!

Clean, modern small room. It would have been nearly PERFECT if it had a window. The Expedia listing DID NOT MENTION that there was no window in the room (or most rooms in this hotel)! Expedia REALLY should mention this -- having a window is an important feature, and I've had this problem before in another country. If there's no window, it would be nice to have one of the lamps that simulates the light from the sun rising. They're not very expensive. It would also be nice to have a better place to set luggage and maybe some drawers. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Housekeeping was excellent except that snacks were left on some days but not others. Location is fabulous ... Just a few minutes walk to MRT and Red House. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who doesn't mind not having a window.

The property is very nice and warm for visitors. It has an activity room in the basement. My kids loves the free drinking and massage chair. The location is convenient to many sightseeings vis MTR. It is walkable to the NingXia night market.
