« We were looking for a place central to BR, Hammond, and Donaldsonville and the Benton properties are perfect. Convenient to get to, but far enough off the beaten path to be super quiet and cozy. The beds were super comfortable. The washer and dryer worked really well. The keyless entry was cool. It was so much better than staying in a hotel! « Nice apartment for the weekend! Downtown feel, lots of dining options and walkable. Very clean apartment, everything functioned, great communication with host. It is a little loud up until around 9 pm, but nothing crazy, then as restaurants close it gets more quiet for the night. There is a railroad very close, but only heard it a few times , and didn’t wake us up at night, or at least the heavy sleepers. Easy parking. The only thing we would recommend is blackout curtains for the back...

« What a great stay. The outside looks like a an ancient stone home. The inside is modern and very cozy! Listen closely and you may hear little feet roaming the halls. The red birds will be sure to wake you in the mornings. They intentionally fly into the giant plate glass windows to get your attention.
