"Amazing customer service when we first came in. I was having a rough evening and the front desk lady gave my mother and I complementary breakfast with it being my birthday the following day and even upgraded our room with a beautiful view. The service attendant taken up the bags on our second day being at the hotel, the service attendant gave us compliments. Every time we saw him, he was doing an excellent job and going above and beyond with the guests in the hotel."

"Although this hotel is older, the rooms are spotless and recently painted with new flooring. We loved the lazy river, the enormous breakfast and the Duck Dive bar. Would definitely stay here again."
