Walkable to tourist sites near the river, blocks from The Belt, close to many of Detroit's murals and sports venues, and across the street from the dueling Coney Island hot dog restaurants. Short drive to Eastern Market (highly recommend breakfast at Farmer Frank's before a walk through the market) and Midtown. Unit is clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, quiet.
