You are minutes away from downtown where all the sporting arenas are with world class restaurant and the Detroit river walk voted best in USA The studio apartment is located at the 3rd floor, except squeaking noise while climbing stairs Apartment 4 The quickest way to reach me is via the platform. After hour messages will be replied to in the morning, except I am awake when it’s received The Qline is by Woodward and the blvd. There are bus stops minutes away, and if you want to experience the city you can rent a bike, go to bogo website and make your reservation. Built in 1914, this charming building is over 111 years old and full of character. While it has been tastefully renovated with modern updates—including mini split heat and air conditioning—please note that soundproofing was not a feature back then, so quiet hours are kindly expected and appreciated out of respect for all guests and neighbors. 🛏️ This is one of four private apartments in the building. Your unit is fully private and thoughtfully decorated for comfort and enjoyment.
