"Upon arrival, we were checked into a room that was dirty when calling down to the front desk and telling him this, they asked me to take pictures of the room to prove that it was dirty as I was saying it was. Elevators took a very long time to go up or down, so we ended up taking the stairs majority of our stay. "Check in was easy. Rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. My only complaint would be is that they don’t have enough staffing. We had a small roll of toilet paper in our room when we checked in. Asked the front desk for more. We had to go to the front desk to get it. Also their snack store was not staffed. Had to purchase through the front desk. Nobody there to help. Other than that…nice and comfortable hotel. "

"The room was too small bathroom xtra small I made reservations for a suite with a fireplace, that’s not what I was given. I was put on the second floor which was very noisy."

"Pool and hot tub area were well kept up and clean. Onsite restaurant and bar was very nice and staff were very friendly! "

"Plenty of food options and shopping nearby. Room was clean staff was very pleasant. Microwave and mini fridge are always a plus! Self controlled air/heat. Would stay again for sure ! 5 minutes from kalahari!"
