The furst room had a broken bed. The next day we needed to wait until 3pm to be able to be moved to a different room. The second room was better in regards to the bed however the room was not cleaned had spider webs and the bathroom was also dirty. The staff was friendly and nice.. should have more staff. I asked for towels and went again to the front desk because waited 5 hours and no towels. My second time towels were delivered quick.

It was a place to sleep but for being a Wyndham Hotel I expected it to be nicer breakfast was cereal and toast and orange juice that taste like it was spoiled not impressed at all

They don’t have respect for people when they say I want to be in a non-smoking room and space. No respect at all the windows aren’t properly clean spiderwebs. You can’t even crack your window open. The bathroom was a little mold.Y

Cleanliness and functionality: Could not walk on the carpet floor without socks or shoes, it was so grimy that it felt greasy and spongey We were unsure if it was mould or dust we seen but either isn’t great The chair in our room was covered in white and brown stains The TV took several attempts for it to turn on One of the lights was dim and flickering consistently, and the other would take multiple attempts clicking the switch for it to turn on for the light to turn on (the lamps work well at least haha) Amenities: We booked this hotel because in the description is says included breakfast, upon arriving there is a sign saying that the breakfast offered is cereal coffee and tea, which was unfortunate but wasn’t too bad, we just ate in the surrounding area. Staff and service: The staff at the front desk were quick to be of service and were quite polite, that’s one of the positives at least :)

We booked a room with 3 beds. When we got there the staff said that room wasn't available and just moved us to a smaller room with no compensation. Breakfast was a box of cereal on the counter. We couldn't close the bathroom door. The smoke detectors in the hall beeped like the batteries were dying both days that we were there. Had to ask 4 times for an extra blanket and bedding for one of our kids to sleep on the floor. The staff was to busy playing cricket outside instead of attending to the desk and to our requests. Do not stay there.

Pillow and comforter were dirty and stained, had to request new sheets. Room was very cold and requested extra blankets which were provided with no issue. The front lobby had a smoke detector with a dead battery that beeped throughout the entire night. In room 102 right near the lobby, this beeping continued through the entire night and kept waking me up. Breakfast was provided with 2 options of cereal, bananas, tea coffee and juice. The outdoor pool was closed for maintenance. Lots of restaurants, grocery stores within walking distance.

Decent room for the price. Property was a little hard to find, tucked behind another business. The room had a funny smell and was old, but seemed to be clean. No garbage cans in the room. Not for discerning travelers, but the price, it was functional.

My non-smoking room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and had burn holes in the “duvet”. The “duvet” was simply a crinkly sheet, and a flat sheet was the only other covering on the bed. There were three, small pathetic pillows on the bed for 2 people - how does that math work? The carpeting didn’t go all the way to the walls, and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in 20 years. There were unidentifiable brown smears on the bathroom walls and door. The bathroom door had been smashed in. The whole room looked like it hasn’t been updated since the 1970’s. The owners should be embarrassed to have this room represent their company - especially Wyndham.
