The rustic cabin was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the wildlife. A herd of elk arrived and stayed for several hours. We also saw wild turkeys and mule deer. The only suggestion for the owners is to get a full size rug for the upstairs bedroom and loft to suppress the noise for the people in the lower bedrooms. The mountain views from the deck are stunning. The house was stocked with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The only trouble was the upstairs shower leaked into the main floor bedroom. After we discovered this, we reported it to the property host and used the main floor shower exclusively for the remainder of our stay. Kids loved the basement and games. Easy to get to everything from this location. The place had bit of a musty smell when we first arrived, mostly from the basement. I think it had been a few weeks since anyone had stayed their.
