« Our family’s third time staying at Valencia Estates celebrating mom’s 97th birthday and we can’t wait for the fourth! This is the only place she asks to come back to celebrate each year. Highlights are the beautiful views, hanging out by the pool watching the gorgeous sunsets and watching the hot air balloons in the early mornings. Also, picking oranges and making fresh squeezed orange juice is a plus! Stephanie is an excellent and accommodating hostess. Thank you for another memorable stay! »

« We were a group of old friends getting together and the house is perfect. Lots of bedrooms and lots of bathrooms. But the best thing is the fourth story rooftop terrace. Ate dinner there, watched the beach and made smores. Short walk to the beach. They still have a few details to work out since the renovations but it is a great place for a get together. Could easily accomodate a group with lots of children. »

« Check in was so easy, Jason was an absolute dream. So so helpful and responsive! Waking up and seeing the ocean from the front door healed my soul. Loved the private parking behind the gate, and feeling like we had the whole place to ourself. Even picked a fresh grapefruit from the tree for breakfast! Would come back again and again! »
