"This is an ideal location for getting around. Breakfast staff were great. Check in person took so long to check us in and then gave directions we couldn’t understand. Our room was the farthest away from restaurant and lobby. We stayed two nights and no room tidying the second night. Housekeeping missed our room. When I asked about this front desk just shrugged. At $500 a night I thought they could have done more than a shrug. "

"Location & room excellent. Service was very good. Staff were friendly & helpful. Half of the hotel was under major renovation. So it was noisy during the week days. Little in amenities. Valet only Parking was down the street and pretty slow, because the lot was so far away. There’s a simple cafe at the lobby. Rooftop area awesome, but reserved for weddings Fri-Sun. Obnoxiously loud, but shut down at 10pm."

"Staff was very friendly. There was an issue with one of the key-cards not working, so both cards were replaced, but one of them still wouldn't work. "

"Our room was not clean. There were all of these hidden fees when we arrived. When I booked on Expedia it claimed all fees were included but when I arrived we were charged 45 dollars a day for parking and had to sounds minimum of 20 dollars a day at the hotel. This was not disclosed prior. I was over all very disappointed with our stay and will not return and don’t recommend the hotel. "

"As soon as I open, its dirty. Tried cleaning it without opening the bathroom. As soon as I open, it is dirty there was a mark of dirty toilet and very old shower. I cannot recommend this with children if looking for cheap hotel stay. Just stayed there 5 minutes and decided to leave. Did not get a refund cause I tried to clean first the counters and floor without checking bathroom condition. Toilet is so old and dirty. Light is dark so you wont see how nasty it looks."
