Hotel Du Lac Signature was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this hotel! What impressed us most was the amazing staff and exceptional hospitality. Every single staff member we met—from the lobby to every floor—was incredibly kind, welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help. Their genuine warmth made us feel so well taken care of throughout our entire stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and delicious food every morning. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, and the décor throughout the hotel was elegant and impressive. The location is also extremely convenient, making it easy to explore Hanoi and enjoy everything nearby. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations, but the people are what truly make Hotel Du Lac Signature special. The level of service and hospitality is something we will always remember. One of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi! ❤️

The room was clean and the air conditioner worked great. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was attentive and spoke English quite well. Everything was fantastic I enjoyed staying there four nights and it was a perfect Oasis from the beautiful Madness that is Hanoi

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful hotel. The location, in the heart of the Old Quarter, is perfect for its proximity to L1ke kiem, interesting shops, the Water Puppet Theater and great restaurants. The hotel restaurant is wonderful with a fabulous buffet breakfast and superior service-Rosalie was so helpful and also had great suggestions for activities in Hanoii. Also, the rooftop bar has a nice view and extensive cocktail list. The hotel service was simply excellent. We had to catch a bus several blocks away after we checked out, and James was exceptionally helpful in making sure we got to the right pick up point, getting our bags there and confirming the pick up details with the driver. We highly recommend this hotel.
