"We stayed here for our hike to Grays and Torreys, and the location was absolutely perfect—close to the trailhead and ideal for acclimating to the altitude. The breakfast was clean, fresh, and more than enough to get us started for the day. What truly made our stay outstanding was the service. Mrs. Tiara (hope I spelled that correctly) and Desiree went above and beyond in how they cared for us. When we were delayed returning from our hike and missed checkout, they showed genuine concern about our safety and even tried to get in touch with us. Once we finally returned later that afternoon, they first ensured we were safe and then went out of their way to support my wife, who wasn’t feeling well. This was hands down the best hospitality experience we’ve had in a long time. Their sincerity and professionalism exceeded our expectations, and we are grateful to the management for hiring such exceptional staff. Highly recommend this hotel, especially for hikers visiting Georgetown. It has changed our view of the brand for the better—we’ll definitely be back."
