"This hotel is in a great location across the street from the river walkway where many restaurants and shops are. The food from all four restaurants in the hotel is first class. The staff attends to all your concerns very quickly. The rooms are very clean and stylish all have nice balconies, really great hotel experience."

"What a first class hotel this is! The staff are impeccable and delivered a world class service from every single member. We were greeted by the door staff every time we returned from a trip with "Welcome home " The piano player in the bar was fantastic. Sky bar had spectacular view. The bar staff were exceptional , and attentive in particular Hadder and Ahmed they really are outstanding. The hotel is central and views are amazing of the city and the Nile. Amenities were 5 star from the variety of restaurants, gardens, pool and grandeur of the hotel generally. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. Thank you to all of you for making our stay so special."

"I would recommend a different choice. There are the basic services you need from a place-a bed, a place for your things. There also exists some creature comforts such as an indoor and outdoor pool and views onto the beach and ocean. Some rooms even have a small kitchen which was the saving grace for me because I found the breakfast to be almost inedible. The hotel would meet expectations easier if it was listed as an apartment complex as the feeling you get inside is that of student housing. The total lack of color, art, or soul detracts from the location which has the possibility to be decent. I choose this hotel for the reasons that it stands out: 1. Good location on the beach and near historical sights. 2. The kitchenette and living room so I can do some work while traveling 3. The indoor pool and gym so I can swim laps while the outdoor pool and bar is good for the sun. I only booked for three nights so I could extend if I enjoyed it or move on somewhere else if I wished. I knew I would move on within the first 10 hours of arriving, and so I enjoyed the rest of my stay and moved onto something that suited me better."

"The hotel is a new property, contemporary decorated. All areas are clean. The room was not clean at check in. There was a fine dust at the floor, also at the wooden separation board between the bed and the living area, the house keeping was going to clean it but I was very tired because I had some issues with the check in so I took the room after a long waiting time and I needed to sleep that's why I asked him to continue cleaning it the next day but he didn't unfortunately, otherwise, he was helpful. The A.c was too loud at night. They gave me a bed for the little baby, but it hadn't a mattres, we didn't use it as it was hard. Bathroom looks like not new, ceiling of the shower was with peeling paint. Food was excellent, with high quality and lot of varieties. Also drinks and beverage were as good as the food. Only a little comment about,Flies could be found on the main restaurant at the cheese bar, I don't know if they like the cold part of the buffet. Bars and cafes are well managed, everything is everywhere, you don't have to go far for a specific need. Even the night show was with a very good quality, dancers are professionals. G.M. Mr. Nader who was a very gentle man invited us to a vip party in the Lebanese restaurant, that was a good night, I enjoyed the food made by turkish top chief Sadat, a very serious man. Most of the staff were helpful, Lough to you and always welcoming you. Mr. Youssry is the man of the hotel, thanks to him our stay wil be unforgettable."

"Although the stuff was very friendly and they're doing their best to make us happy, the resort condition was not pleasing at all , the food quality, taste and variety was very very bad I have stayed two nights and intended to extend but from the first night I was searching for another better option to book instead of that one Beverages also have made me having a diarrhea all the days I have stayed "

"The hotel is on the 5th floor of what appears to be an abandoned building, with sketchy elevator service. Although staff was friendly and the hotel was clean there was very few amenities. Location is great but not if you're looking to relax, Egyptians love their car horns."
