"We had a wonderful experience! Aly, the host was amazing and attentive! Anything we asked it was done in a reasonable amount of time. There was a door man who was extremely helpful. He carried our bag, washed our car and did our laundry. He even went as far as to walk with us to the local store. All in all, this exceeded my expectations! We will definitely be staying here agin!"

"Absolutely terrible communication terrible service inconvenient incompetent I was left without a property with my grand mother and mother who both old with limited mobility my property was double booked even I came off a flight of 5 hours I was left on the street with my family for 6-7 hours and freezing cold I hate the whole experience I will never come back to Egypt or even book for that again no thanks to everyone including your services"

"We enjoyed our time here - it was clean and felt safe, with 24hr security onsite. There is a roof terrace for all to use (although this could do with a little TLC). The front desk attendants were friendly and very helpful - they helped us a great deal with translation when trying to arrange delivery of our delayed luggage. We would love to return for another stay someday."
