In love with this hotel and staff ! They made our stay so easy, comfortable and luxury. From the rooftop views, to the helpful staff, to the clean rooms, everything was better than the pictures. We truly enjoyed staying here on our one week trip and will definitely be back very soon. The owner Ahmed, and receptionists were kind and attentive from the moment we checked in to check out.

Overall nice hotel. Staff is extremely helpful, their hotel is small and in the middle of a very rural area in Giza but most hotels with a rooftop view of the pyramids are like that. Rooftop view of the pyramids is amazing.

we really loved this hotel! the staff was super friendly and helpful. the rooftop view is stunning. the hotel is very close to the pyramids and GEM as well. our room was spacious and very clean, also had a nice balcony and view. would definitely stay again

This place was remarkable; the staff were welcoming and warm, yet I especially loved the environment. I travel solo often, and anyone who journeys alone knows it can feel slightly daunting, but they made the setting feel like home. Guahid (the chef), the baby—sorry—and ALA were by far outstanding, the finest people in the entire hotel. Would I do it again? Yes. And the food? And view? But the food DELISH

Immediately upon entering this intimate boutique hotel, we felt welcome by every staff member we encountered. We were greeted with a welcome drink and given a small tour of the hotel which led to a lovely rooftop bar/restaurant overlooking the Great Pyramids. Truly one of the most spectacular views of the entire Giza area. We signed up for two full day tours through hotel staff which were more than we could have hoped for. The driver and guides were so knowledgeable and patient with our many questions. If you are looking for a home away from home in the Giza area, you will find it here! And, if you haven't booked any tours, no worries- the staff has you covered here as well with many options to choose from. The location, cleanliness, and hospitality of this hotel is superior.

Pros: 1. Staff helpful and kind 2. Hotel accommodating with late check-in and out due to flight delays 3. All meals were delicious 4.Enjoyed the balcony suite with pyramid views Cons: 1.Some items on menu were not available 2. The tub is a beautiful addition to have in the suite, but the water only gets lukewarm, not hot at all like the shower in the bathroom. After an all day safari, I wanted to soak my muscles, but could not take a bath as the water would be cold, by the time it would be filled.

This was our first time traveling almost to the other side of the world, and as a group of girls, we were a little nervous about how everything would turn out. However, from the moment we arrived, we were treated like queens! Ahmed and his entire team were absolutely amazing and exceeded all our expectations. From the airport pickup to our very last day, they made sure we felt safe, comfortable, and well taken care of. Their hospitality truly made our trip unforgettable! Specially Alaa, she was super sweet , we love her . The Palace Pyramids was the BEST hotel we could have chosen, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re looking for a sign to visit Egypt, THIS IS IT! And if you do, make sure to book with them. You won’t regret it! We had an incredible experience and will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful clean hotel, very helpful and pleasant staff. Unsecured car parking was available in front of the hotel (very rare in Cairo). The roof where breakfast is served has excellent views of the pyramids. The hotel is convenient for the pyramids and the new Cairo museum, but far from the city centre.

Our experience at this hotel has been truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived in Egypt, we felt welcomed, cared for, and at home. Traveling to a new country can sometimes feel overwhelming, but this experience made everything so much more special and comfortable for us. I especially want to give Ahmed the recognition he deserves, because he played such a big part in making our stay memorable. His kindness, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality went above and beyond our expectations. He made sure we were comfortable, helped everything run smoothly, and made us feel like more than just guests. It is rare to meet someone who puts so much heart into what they do, and Ahmed truly made a difference in our experience. Thank you to the entire team, and especially to Ahmed, for making our time here feel so special. People like him are what make a place unforgettable. We came as guests, but we are leaving with grateful hearts and wonderful memories.

Mohammed and the staff were super attentive, friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious everyday. As I traveled with my sister only, they made us feel safe and comfortable. Only issues was WIFI it was constantly in and out. Overall the staff and view made the perfect stay.
