Lovely staff, room was spacious. Good air conditioning. Breakfast was okay. The location is good for those who want a traditional Cairo, there are not many eateries around there. But views to pyramids was excellent. It is on a very busy street, lots of traffic and noise, simply difficult to walk around outside. Hotel in itself was clean and cute. We were offered many excursions but please take your time booking them and do some research as some tourists shops nearby will be much more cheaper.

This is a 3* hotel with a soul! We are a senior couple that traveled back to Cairo after visiting 20 years ago, mainly to see the GEM. Proximity to the GEM was important to us. It was a 15-20 min drive depending on traffic. The staff here was terrific: Mohamed, Sara, Noor, Nada, Josef, they all were friendly and reached out to help whenever we needed something. Mohamed was excellent in arranging transportation and optional tours. And the price was right! The view from the lounge at the top and the excellent buffet breakfasts enhanced our stay.

Everyone at the hotel was courteous and helpful. The property is exceptionally clean, and our rooms were serviced daily. It’s only a six‑minute Uber ride to the Pyramids and the Sphinx, and about a forty‑minute ride into Cairo. The surrounding area is still developing, but we felt safe throughout our stay. If I return to Giza, I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was generally clean, room was comfortable, hot water for a good shower, they made room service (which is no common in hotels in Egypt for this price), breakfast was ‘ok’, good internet connection, the staff was very friendly and helpful at every request. The view in the rooftop was great. However, one of the windows didn’t close properly so at night was difficult to sleep and the building does not have lift (service staff help to carry the luggages though).

We loved the stay here, clean rooms, well designed in all small aspects. The roof top restaurant with Giza pyramids beautiful view is very convenient option for dinner after a long tour day. The staff were ready to arrange everything you need, tours, taxis as you wished. Our guide Ahmed was great, very professional, knowledgeable and took us to places with great enthusiasm and took us to shops we would have not found ourselves. When we wanted a bigger car after first day, they immediately changed us to bigger and new car which was awesome. Overall great option if you are looking for reasonable costs, nice people and safe stay and want everything arranged for you for convenience, this is a great place!

The hotel staff were incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our stay. They were always ready to help and regularly checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything. In particular, Mohammed, Nadir, Ahmed, and Mahmood were extremely helpful with recommendations on great places to eat in Cairo and gave us valuable advice for visitng the city. This hotel has an amazing view of the pyramids off it’s roof, the room was clean and tidy serviced every day, staff were very helpful arranging taxis and airport transfers for me. There is a shop next to the hotel. On the down side no lift in the hotel so stairs to the second floor every day, hot water appears limited showers were warm at best. It was very noisy at bight with traffic hooting and beeping most of the night. Not much to do around the hotel so needed a driver every night.

Such a wonderful hotel, considerate staff, welcoming hosts, overall 10/10. The owner Ahmed was such a delight, very attentive to our needs and made sure that we had a wonderful and comfortable stay. The rooms are very clean, the breakfast has a great selection and the location is at an amazing place. What was stunning was the views from the roof of the hotel, the ambience was just the best. I would like to thank Ahmed and the entire staff for being the best. Also, Ahmed does the best tours of Egypt. This hotel is highly, highly recommended. I wish I could just live there at this point.

Amazing staff

The staff made this stay a 5 star experience. We stayed in the top suite. Similar to most hotels in Cairo but here everyone was extremely attentive and helpful, we fell respected at all times and safe.
