"The hotel is outdated. No phone, safe in the room. If you need front desk, there’s no phone to call. You have to go down yourself. There is no safe to put your important documents. Throughout the whole trip, I have to walk around with passports in my bag. It’s a cashless hotel and failed to put that on their website. The only reason I’m giving one star, 1) there’s no other option and 2)the staff was very nice. "

"I've stayed at the Hoxton Shepherds Bush several times and it's always extremely good. The staff are friendly and efficient, the rooms are comfortable and the air conditioning is hardly audible. Highly recommended."

"Very torn whether to say my stay was ok or good. On one hand the staff were lovely and helpful. The hotel was also spotlessly clean. The room was very small. 2 people getting changed for the evening involved a coordinated ballet thatvI didn't have the energy for. The room did have 2 opening windows which was brilliant. I think the deciding factor was the single tea bag allowance. Yes I know I could have requested more, but a hotel in this price bracket should do better. Breakfast was good, mainly thanks to wonderful fresh bread. The cooked selection didn't tempt me but the continental was nice."
