« We only spend one night in that hotel and we thought it was great. We ate in the restaurant and it was very good. The room was big and clean as was the bathroom. A minor problem about the bathroom was that the blind could not be wound down, as the mechanism was broken, and although the window was opaque glass, with the light on we felt a little exposed. The location was great and we were given a free passes for the bus to Thun town centre which we did use. The breakfast was varied and...

"La chambre était très bien, au design original et très bien équipée. La propreté n’est pas parfaite, mais globalement satisfaisante. Le petit-déjeuner est très varié, de qualité et bon. Nous nous sommes régalés. La consigne à bagage est très appréciée également. Le seul bémol est le personnel. Il a été impossible de les contacter, ils ne répondent ni au mails ni au téléphone ce qui est embêtant si nous avons une question."
