« Très bel hôtel propre et bien équipé avec, depuis la piscine extérieure, une vue incroyable sur le lac et la montagne. À à peine 15 minutes à pieds du port de Spiez et une vingtaine de minutes en voiture de la ville de Thoune qui est une très belle ville. Nous avons trouvé le personnel très professionnel et accueillant. Une adresse sûre à visiter absolument, on a adoré. Merci à toute l’équipe pour cet excellent séjour 😘. »

« Très bel hôtel, un personnel hyper accueillant et très agréable. Je souffre d'allergies alimentaire et me suis sentie entendue et bien prise en charge. C'est très rassurant et malheureusement pas toujours le cas. Les chambres sont propres, rien à redire de ce côté-là. La piscine et le coin spa est facile d'accès et calme. C'est très joli et cela permet bien de se détendre. Seule petit point négatif: la salle de bain DANS la chambre qui limite sérieusement l'intimité. Les toilettes ne sont pas...

« We only spend one night in that hotel and we thought it was great. We ate in the restaurant and it was very good. The room was big and clean as was the bathroom. A minor problem about the bathroom was that the blind could not be wound down, as the mechanism was broken, and although the window was opaque glass, with the light on we felt a little exposed. The location was great and we were given a free passes for the bus to Thun town centre which we did use. The breakfast was varied and...

"Je comprends que des frais existent en cas d’annulation tardive mais il est très étrange que l’ensemble du séjour soit facturé si annulation moins de 24h avant l’arrivée alors que tout est remboursable si plus de 24h avant l’arrivée. Je me serais attendu à ce que seule la première IUT soient facturée."
