It’s a mere 5-7mins stroll. It can also be reached via bus (#21) in less than 3mins. It can’t be missed as there is a colorful display of umbrellas outside the hotel. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Eateries are within reach in 5mins. A 10-12mins stroll will bring you to the tram ride up to Harder Kulm! We did not try the breakfast menu so we can’t comment but a good breakfast is easily reachable within 5mins walk! The staff were welcoming and very helpful (especially PASCHAL, Andrew and Olivier). the room was clean and comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is adding better lighting in the loft area. There was no AC but you could open the windows which was nice in the evenings. The staff were very nice. There are dining options onsite and just behind the hotel in a courtyard. We had no problems with the bath facilities. And it was not hot so the lack of A/C was not a problem. It was expensive but it was also the cheapest available when we booked. Also we heard nothing from the other rooms.
