It is located within walking distance of all designation of Edmonton downtown. Five minutes walk to riverside Louise McKinney Riverfront Park, McDonald hotel and Funicular with stunning views. Eight minutes walk to the new Rogers Place for Oiler's game. The area has been receiving tremendous investment from both the private and public sectors as an upcoming area. When guests brings in pets, guests needs to notify the host what kind of pet.
