The property was well secured with Digital locks for the room and the main gate and changing those combinations after every guests check out The host was responsive at all the queries at all times! The only issue is with limited transportation! There is a bus stop right next to the property but the bus timings are only half an hour once during day times and 1 hour once during the night! "To start, the management of CitizenM knows what they are doing and have exceeded my high standards in every way. "The room wasn’t as maintained as it should be for the price. Stained and ripped carpet and the staff didn’t refill the body wash. Staff didn’t inform us that we could have free tea/coffee each day, we didn’t find out until our last day. It’s very accessible to public transit (bus, train, metro, taxi), and in turn, there’s a noticeable amount of homelessness and beggars going up to the street side restaurants to beg for money. Front desk staff was very courteous and multilingual (English, Spanish, French). "
